1.Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. ReyaTech provides a comprehensive VLSI learning platform with video, coding, AI tutoring, and certifications.

2.Service description

The Service is delivered through browser-based Verilator simulation, waveform debugging and production-grade testbenches, alongside video lessons, AI tutoring and industry certifications. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3.User obligations

• Account security — you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential; account sharing is prohibited.
• Acceptable use — you agree not to use the platform for illegal activity or to reverse engineer our proprietary AI or simulation technologies.

4.Payments and refunds

ReyaTech offers subscription-based access. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription cycles — payments are billed monthly or yearly, in advance.
• Cancellation — you may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No refunds — we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused accounts.

5.Intellectual property

All content on the ReyaTech platform — course materials, videos, code examples, graphics and logos — is the exclusive property of ReyaTech Systems Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the content for personal learning purposes only.

6.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReyaTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or any certifications earned through the platform.

7.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
